I don’t know about you but I love mayonnaise. It’s great on fish, meat patties, salads and all sorts of things. But most of the store bought versions have sugar and additives that we don’t really need.
It’s actually pretty simple to whip up a homemade mayonnaise with just a few basic ingredients. So today inside the paleo kitchen Paulie shows us just how simple a paleo mayonnaise is to make.
Store your mayo in the fridge for a few weeks and it’s ready to add to your favorite meal anytime. It’s made from olive oil so there’s your healthy fats and it is yum, yum, yummy!
