I thought I’d share some pictures of some of the delicious paleo meals I have been eating over the past week. The thing is, when I started on paleo I really thought the paleo diet might get boring like heaps of other *diets* often do.
But I really enjoy such a wide variety of paleo diet foods. You can choose from so many things and the meals are actually interesting and satisfying meals as well!

Great job on taking pictures and posting them with such organization. If I wasn’t a vegetarian I would try them all out, they look so yummy!!
Can you believe I was actually avegetarian for 15 years! Sometimes I can’t it’s been such a turn around. Glad you enjoyed the pictures and thanks for stopping by.
I just wanted to say thank you for all the information you provide. I come here multiple times a day. I am on a plateau right now and read where you said most people give up because it seems like its not working and that is exactly what I usually do. I am not going to give up, I’m going to keep it up because I feel SO MUCH better eating this way. I have a feeling I need to eat more LOL if you can believe that. I used to NEED to eat every 2/3 hours, now I don’t get that hungry twinge where I feel if I don’t eat I’m going to go crazy. Now I just know its time to eat and casually fix something rather than frantically through some food together and gobble it down like there is no tomorrow. Hope I’m making sense.
Hi Cathy, thanks for saying thanks and I’m glad you are finding the site helpful. Definitely do not give up, the plateau is no fun place to be but it does shift. Remember that this is not a ‘diet’ but a new lifestyle that is going to make you healthier so focusing long term is a good thing. In saying that, once you reach your goal weight that doesn’t mean you can’t have meals off occasionally.
Paleo does make you feel better on so many levels and fills you up more as you’ve mentioned above. I’d be happy to take a look at your food journal and give you a few tips to help you get off the plateau. If you could keep a journal for 3-4 days of food and exercise you can submit it to me here http://paleoweightlosscoach.com/contact/
