What kind of foods are included on the paleo diet. When I tell people I’ve changed my lifestyle habits to this way of eating the, I can see their minds ticking over, wondering “what on earth am I going to eat if I can’t eat bread, pasta, cheese, rice or milk?”
This is a normal response because we are so used to eating these types of foods, and sure the paleo diet food list looks very different. But to take the guess work out of it for you, I decided I would put a 3 day Paleo Diet Menu plan here for you to see what a great variety of fresh and delicious foods you will eat.

This is just one very small example of meals you might eat on the paleo diet. There really is so much to choose from that you certainly never get bored of what you are eating.
